Description: According to a United Nations report, Job Stress is the 21st Century Epidemic. Stress is part of day to day living. While mild forms of stress can act as a motivator and energizer, if your stress level is too high medical and social problems can result. Work-related Stress is no longer a factor we can ignore. This course allows you to look at your stresses and why stress need not be a negative factor in your life. An increase in stress increases the adrenalin and energy in your body. Let us show you how to use this energy to make changes, overcome challenges and put stress to work for you.
