Description: Managing, leading, communicating, motivating - in business, they`re all aimed at one point: improving the bottom line. It`s a tough environment and front-line managers have to lead it. This course will practically improve your skills for the realities you face daily. It does not offer irrelevant academic concepts and detail how to apply them passionately! Successful management requires specific skills, in addition to knowledge of key business practices. However you define your role - manager, leader, communicator, motivator – no matter what managerial `hat` you are wearing, the focus must always be on improving the bottom line while achieving the best results. Front-line managers in any corporate or government organisation in Ireland today face a difficult, ever-changing environment. This new course acknowledges the difficulties facing managers in Ireland and assists participants in improving their skills for the realities faced daily.
Prerequisites:
The course is aimed at attendees aiming to move to or occupying management positions.

John is an experienced corporate leader and has held senior management positions both in the United States and in Ireland. He works extensively in mentoring and business coaching roles with Semi-State, Corporate and Individual clients. He is also widely known for his Performance Improvement work with successful businesses and elite athletes.
