Goal Based Project Management
Description: This is a highly-focused, one day programme designed to equip participants with the basic skills of project management. The presenter will outline a practical methodology to help participants apply appropriate techniques in their organisation.

Objectives:
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
Define the key elements of project management
Outline the project management process
Clarify projects before starting to plan them
Plan and organise projects to complete within budget and on time
Set up a monitoring system in order to stay informed at every stage
Define a Leadership style to motivate themselves and team members to contribute effectively to the project.
