Management of Change

Description: Individuals are suspicious of change since inevitably it involves different actions and practices than those with which they are currently familiar. Change is a `black box` that needs to be unlocked with care! The course invoves participants working on their own specific change events and creating plans and procedures which will help smooth their change processes through group and individual feedback, exercises, formal inputs etc.

Prerequisites:

Participants may be anyone seeking to deal with change in their working environment and will generally be facing a number of specific scenarios which they wish to explore and develop during the training programme.
