DIVERSITY WORKSHOPS for line managers and supervisors

Description: When many people think of diversity, they think first of ethnicity, race and then gender. Diversity is much broader. Diversity can be defined as human qualities that are different from our own, outside the groups to which we belong and which are present in other individuals and groups. When line managers of diverse employees have responsibility for meeting goals and targets it`s important to understand how these differences affect performance, motivation, success, and interactions with others. This course is designed for Supervisors, Managers and Team Leaders or Line management who have responsibility for managing staff.

Prerequisites:

96% Programme:

This course is part of Professional Training’s “96% Programme”, aimed at practically confronting the issues facing us in the workplace.

If we use only 1% more of the 96% of our brainpower we aren’t utilising, we’ll be 25% more effective. This session is another step on that route.

Course leader: Jane Leonard:
